How it fits into your company
Keep maintaining your playbooks, process pages and shared company definitions in Notion. Select the pages that should inform company work, assign their audience in Steer and keep a clear distinction between useful reference material and approved instructions. Ordinary document changes do not need to become another approval queue.
What this can help with
- Use a current handover playbook in a new-starter conversation.
- Reference agreed service definitions in a customer-facing draft.
- Make the designated operating procedure available to the relevant team.
Getting started
- Connect the Notion workspace and explicitly share the intended pages with the integration.
- Select the source areas and define their approved audience in Steer.
- Check source coverage and publish the routing policy before connecting employees.
Scope and availability
- Selected shared-source access is not a claim of complete per-person Notion permission synchronisation.
- Private pages, client task backlogs and sensitive material should not be included through a broad shared root.
- Steer does not edit or delete the original Notion pages.
