About Steer
Your company is more
than a prompt.
We’re building the shared context layer for companies bringing AI into everyday work.
The tools changed. The context stayed fragmented.
AI adoption often starts with individuals. Someone creates a carefully maintained project. Someone else writes a set of instructions. Another team uploads a useful presentation. Each setup helps, but the company gradually acquires different versions of its own knowledge.
Steer starts with a simple belief: the knowledge and ways of working behind company AI should belong to the company. They should have a maintained source, an accountable owner where needed and a suitable audience.
A practical layer between knowledge and work.
We are building Steer for the people who need AI to be useful across the business without running a prompt-management programme. Original sources stay in their existing tools. Important guidance gets a deliberate human decision. Supported AI tools can retrieve the context appropriate to the employee and task.
Built with clear boundaries.
Steer is in early access. We are testing with real company work and onboarding in stages. We publish current capabilities and limitations rather than treating a prototype, an installed connector or an attractive demo as proof of every outcome.
AI should help people make better use of their company’s knowledge. Accountable people should remain in control of what that knowledge means for the work.
